Taking online surveys for free and getting paid for it has and will always be a popular search term in the internet. whether you are searching for free, legit or surveys online you will always find lots companies claiming to be legit and offering a service you've ever dreamed of. Unfortunately alot of these survey companies often take advantage of users by giving a vague description of what they offer and even more survey companies claim they are a survey company when they are actually just signing you up to multiple survey companies.

How genuine are these companies?

Most of the companies you will see on the internet are usually legal but offer very little incentive for you to actually sign up. Survey companies are after a mixture of people but only want to give minimal payout, which doesn't really work if your a doctor etc as your time would be worth alot more. free online surveys are worth doing if you have alot of spare time and nothing to do with it. How easy is it to be accepted for a survey?

Unfortunately when taking surveys it can be quite difficult. This can be because the surveys are targeted towards a specific audience or they may already have enough people in your situation that have taken the survey.

One of the first questions you would be asked on an online survey is do you work within marketing, advertising etc. Some people lie and put yes thinking it will get them accepted for survey. Do not put yes as this is exactly the people they don't want taking surveys and you will be rejected everytime.

Further into the survey you will asked about your job role. This is to understand what group you will fall into. When taking a free survey you need to understand that alot of people that do surveys are usually of low income or no employment. So the amount of feedback the survey company receives for the low income or unemployed panelist will be alot more than someone in a supervisory or managerial position. This means that there would be alot more survey opportunities for these more skilled individuals. Assuming you have made it past these rejection criteria's you should start seeing a picture of what the survey relates to, aslong as you tick the right boxes your good to go.

Can i earn alot of money taking surveys?

By simply searching for free onine paid surveys and signing upto every company you will not earn a great deal. You have to put time and effort into taking surveys. Then you may be invited to take exclusive highly paid surveys. I know someone that did this and we're earning a decent weekly wage for working part time hours. When you first start doing paid surveys you will either be given very little incentive or less than minimum wage. It is up to you how your paid survey career takes you.

How many surveys will i get?

This depends on how many survey companies you sign up to. If you sign up to ten different paid surveys then you would be guaranteed to get atleast one survey per day, yet you may be waiting 6 months to be paid out. Instead i would suggest registering with 2-3 survey panels and working hard to fill in profiles and complete surveys. Even to this day i still receive 2-3 offers from the same survey panel per day who actually helped me buy everyones christmas presents. Although i would suggest that you have a seperate email address for taking online surveys.

Which paid online survey panels do you recommend?

The first paid survey company i would recommend is My Survey. I would receive numerous emails from them daily with invites. All of them we're paid. I would also recommend Valued opinions. This company does pay you in cash and they do send you regular invites. When you first start the cash may not be what you hoped for but alot of work and you can be invited to focus groups. Valued opinion can be found HERE

The last company i would recommend is ipsos panel. The company offer various rewards and incentives for being a panelist. Some are definately worth taking advantage of. Others may not interest you as much I.E entry to a prize draw. Ipsos can be found HERE
